RESPONSE TO COVID-19
All of us here at Edmonton Elevator Services Corporation will be adhering to the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the Alberta and Canadian Governments to protect our employees, clients and the community.
With the support and direction of our local union, we will continue to maintain our role as a critical service provider with the standard of service and excellence we have always yielded.
We do not expect the pandemic to interrupt our daily operations at this time.
Our field and office employees are continuing with their normal duties. Our suppliers are continuing with their normal operations.
Our field employees have been instructed to wear latex gloves in addition to the expected personal hygiene acts of social distancing, hand washing, hand sanitizing, not touching the face, proper coughing & sneezing etiquette and staying home when ill.
None of our employees have been out of the province in the last month and none of us has knowingly had contact with high risk individuals.
We expect our clients to take the necessary precautions at their locations and to advise us if there is a high risk situation at the location.
